What we like best about this product:

Child-proof outlets are great, but handymen and handywomen have a lifetime of experience to draw upon, often making it possible for them to outsmart products designed to deter children. This product securely locks onto the appliance's plug and without a key is virtually impossible to remove and plug into an outlet -- short of cutting the cord and jamming the wires into the plug (nothing is perfect and we warn people never to underestimate people with dementia). That said, this is the safest plug lock and deterrent of using dangerous electrical equipment you will find. It far exceeds all child-proof products.
