Return Policy
All of us associated with The Alzheimer's Store are dedicated to providing quality products and services. Returns are easy.

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts), you may return any of our products for a full refund.

Please note that we will process returns and refunds only for items purchased from The Alzheimer's Store. We will not exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts, will be charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion.

If you want to cancel unshipped items please call our toll free number immediately (800) 752.3238.

Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

If you are returning a gift, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return, which may be used any time toward your purchases at The Alzheimer's Store. The gift certificate will be mailed to the gift recipient at the same address to which the order was shipped. (Don't worry--we won't let the gift giver know about your return.)

SUBMISSIONS
All remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics or other information communicated to Ageless Design through this Site will forever be the property of Ageless Design. Unless otherwise specified in writing, all material submitted to Ageless Design will be presumed to be public and Ageless Design will not be required to treat the information as confidential. Ageless Design shall have exclusive ownership of all present and future existing rights in the information, without compensation to the person sending the information.

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Ageless Design may collect various types of information from site visitors. The information collected may include shipping information and credit card number/expiration date. Ageless Design web server also collects general data pertaining to every Site Visitor, including the IP address, the domain name, the web page, the length of time spent on the Site, and the pages accessed while visiting the Site. This information is collected to, among other things, aggregate statistical information, facilitate system administration, and improve the content of the Site. Ageless Design may also retain the content of the communications that are sent to Ageless Design customer service representatives. This information helps Ageless Design to improve/respond to Visitors' inquiries regarding the Site.

CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY
Ageless Design believes strongly in protecting the privacy of users of its website. The names and email addresses you provide are NOT compiled into any type of mailing list and will not be used for any type of email solicitation. Ageless Design does not share the names and email addresses of users of its site with any other company.

Ageless Design places the utmost importance on protecting information transmitted via the Site and will take security precautions to protect all such information; however, Ageless Design cannot guarantee that any electronic commerce is totally secure. Ageless Design will take measures to secure and protect all customer-specific information from loss, misuse, and alteration.

Ageless Design reserves the right to modify or amend its Terms of Use at any time, and from time to time. Any changes to the policy will be posted on the Site.

FOREIGN CORRUPT PRACTICES ACT
Purchaser acknowledges that it is not the agent of Ageless Design and represents and warrants that it has not and covenants that it will not pay anything of value to any government employee in connection with the resale of the products.

GOVERNING LAW; LIMITATIONS
These Terms and Conditions shall be construed, interpreted and performed exclusively according to the, excluding conflict of law rules, of the State of Florida, United States of America. Any legal action with respect to any transaction must be commenced within one year after the cause of action has arisen. The provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted by the State of Florida, and not the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, shall apply.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Actions by Ageless Design for nonpayment by the Purchaser of the purchase price of products sold by Ageless Design, or for redress of other breaches by the Purchaser of the Terms and Conditions of Sale, may be brought by Ageless Design, at its option, before any judicial court of competent jurisdiction. At Ageless Design option, disputes between the Purchaser and Ageless Design, including all claims for non-performance by Ageless Design, shall be finally settled by arbitration in West Palm Beach, Florida, USA, under the Rules of the American Arbitration Association, which Rules with respect to matters not regulated by them shall incorporate the UNCITRAL arbitration rules by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with said Rules applying these Terms and Conditions and consistent provisions of the internal laws (except conflict of law rules) of the State of Florida, USA.
