We were excited to order this product for my husband but have connection problem because it is not plug in and our wall phone jacks are inactive. Have tried several times to reach Customer Service only to get voicemail-have left 2 messages. Need call back/assistance <br> <br> "We are happy to hear that you like the phone, and we have finally been able to reach you after several attempts.
