Lab Retriever/Customer Service November 10, 2022 Reviewer: Lorie   The first Perfect Petz Lab Retriever I recieved was damaged and did not function properly. Customer service was amazing. Even though items with fur are not returnable, they allowed an exchange due to the product not functioning properly. The replacement was great. It makes a gentle breathing motion and has a sweet face. It is nice for my parents to pet. They aslo have the mechanical cat, which is awesome.

Golden Labrador January 18, 2022 Reviewer: MARILYNN DONAHUE from DENVILLE, NJ United States   I bought this puppy for my 7 year old grandson, who is very anxious all the time. He has nervous tics and trouble speaking up. Perfect Petzzz is like a therapy dog for him, he has it constantly next to him where he can rest his hand on the puppy to feel it breathing. He named it Gromit, and when school went back to remote Zoom classes, Gromit made it so much less intimidating for my grandson. This pet is a real comfort to my grandson and is perfect since the family can't own real pets due to allergies.

I had not been able to locate the dog anywhere (all were backordered). The Alzheimer's Store had it in stock and I received it within several days from order date. My Mom, who has dementia, absolutely loves it!
