Mom loves it February 24, 2025 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Lewisburg, PA United States   Even before she moved to a memory care facility my Mother was having trouble using both her land line phone and cell phone, for many reasons: too many buttons to push on the cordless landline, unable to tap with the right pressure or remember which of her "favorites" were which, for example. Once she moved to Memory Care and had only the cell phone, sometimes she could call but more often she couldn't. We decided to turn on and pay for her land line connection and get the Memory Picture Phone, blanking out every option except our two pictures--my husband and mine. Mom loves it-/it seems to have removed all of her anxiety about calling, now that the pictures show her whose phone she is calling and she only has to push ONE button, which is easier for her hands, which are crippled by rheumatoid arthritis. Her whole mood is better. I think she has a greater sense of agency, independence, and connection. Who knew just this simple tho g would make such a difference!

Perfect January 2, 2025 Reviewer: Jill Hill from Opelousas, LA United States   Ordered for my 84 year old father who is struggling with dementia and unable to even u destined how to dial 911. this phone is perfect plus it's loud and we programmed it and he feels so much better knowing he can easily call us … also I emailed customer service w a question and they answered same day very kind and helpful! I definitely recommend!

As promised and better December 26, 2024 Reviewer: Amber Brown from MN United States   The phone arrived quickly. It was easy to program. I was worried it would work with the "dial 9" for an outside line facility and the program able number but it it. I programed the 9 and then the 10 digit number and it works wonderfully for my Grandfather. Highly recommend.

Phone November 21, 2024 Reviewer: Kelly Wachs from Aptos, CA United States   We bought a special phone here for my mother who has dementia because she can no longer operate an i-phone.  We have not been able to set it up yet, because it requires a phone jack in the wall, but we are working on it.  It looks just as pictured, and I think will REALLY help my mom communicate with family members more readily.

Perfect September 24, 2024 Reviewer: E.B   I bought this phone for my grandfather, who has dementia, and it's very user-friendly for him. I activated the photo call button, so he just needs to press the picture of the loved one he wants to call. Since he struggles with using cellphones and regular landlines now, this setup is ideal and much simpler for him.

Easy phone for Dementia patient May 9, 2024 Reviewer: Melanie Ritenour from Grove City, PA United States   My dad is in a memory care unit and this phone is perfect for him.  He just pushes a button with the picture on it and calls his family.  He was struggling to dial numbers and was accidently calling people.  This phone only lets him call the people that are pictured on the keys so it solves the misdialing problem.  Since he doesn't need a 911 option, it is perfect.  He can hear well when we call him and can call us when he wants.  We are very happy with this phone.

Have tried several times to reach Customer Service only to get voicemail-have left 2 messages.
