5 of 5 Memory Phone purchase questions September 14, 2023
Reviewer: Chris Brandt from PAINESVILLE, OH United States
I purchased this phone for my sister who has Alzheimer's Aphasia. Before purchasing I spoke twice with your customer service representative Amy who was excellent in answering my questions and giving me excellent setup information to make sure this phone would work to meet their needs.  I programmed the numbers and inserted the pictures so that it is a simple one push on the picture button  to place the calls.
***Important tip*** You must NOT use a POID line or else the incoming phone calls don't ring! Also a landline provider for this type of service required to operate this phone can be found on a google search of "Community Phone". I mention this because the regular phone companies will all not have the older POTS copper line services as of 2025. Community phone service has taken on providing the connections needed for this phone to operate.  Thanks to Amy for providing the information I received to make this an excellent phone for our needs!

5 of 5 Just the phone my sister needed! September 11, 2023
Reviewer: Shawn Reeves from LINDON, UT United States
The time had come that my sister couldn't use her cell phone any more, so we ordered this phone for her. She was delighted when we gave it to her, all programmed. The picture buttons are so helpful. We reprogrammed the 9-1-1 button to just the number 1. We wrote names instead of pics on some of the buttons. Now she can call me and doesn't have to worry about charging her cell phone!

The website was easy to use. The phone arrived quickly. It works great for my mother who needs the simplest phone available. Set up was easy and the price was very reasonable. I'm very happy to have found this company and this phone.

My mother has macular degeneration as well as Alzheimer's. She now is able to use her phone successfully. It is so important for her to have this lifeline. She feels after and so much more secure. I am grateful to have this phone so that I can all to her daily. It is a game changer and I could not be happier!

5 of 5 Memory Picture Phone July 24, 2023
Reviewer: Debbie Gosselin from Clinton, ME United States
As dads Alzheimers has progressed it can be challenging for him to answer his cellphone.   The Memory Picture phone is being used as his Landline.   He is able to read at this time, so he has my name, my husband and siblings on the phone to press.  This is working beautifully!  The obstacle we found were the scam callers.  Dad stopped answering the phone.  The solution was with Spectrum.  There is a free charge of blocking calls and allowing up to 30 numbers to be received by the phone line.  I highly recommend this home phone.

4 of 5 Great phone but needs living facility instructions June 30, 2023
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Lafayette, IN United States
This phone is really great for memory issues but I will warn you if you are programming this phone for someone in a facility that requires 9 to dial out the instructions are different and not included with the phone or online. I had to call customer service after many attempts to program and search online for instructions and that should be included since many people using this phone are in facilities for care. Other than that programming issue the phone works great. I would call to confirm your exact model uses these intrusions but if you’re in a facility that requires dialing 9 to get out you have to program with store, 9, p/redial, then the number, store and hit the button you want that number stored to. I was just dialing 9 and the number at the same time and the phone cannot dial that way.

"Thank you for sharing your tips about dialing *9 for an outside number. We believe those instructions are included, but understand there may be some variations for different facilities. Happy to hear it was all worked out!" - The Alzheimer's Store
