Raz phone sold my Alzheimer's Store March 27, 2024 Reviewer: Janice Chadwick from Braselton, GA United States   This is the perfect phone for my husband. He neither needed email or text which sadly is attacked by hackers a lot. It is scary, confusing to a dementia patient, now that has all gone away. The easy location of those to call with pictures is perfect. It allows me to keep him safe, so thank you for creating this phone. In addition, you can keep your own carrier with good reception and his phone number, but I can block those with nefarious intent.

Easier to use March 22, 2024 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Tremonton, UT United States   Mom is able to call people again.  Wish the volume was a little louder  and really don't like the 911 accessibility where it is.  She called twice the first week she had the phone because she can't remember to keep her fingers off the screen when she picks the phone up.  We've tried to switch the calling setting to long press and hold but the long press doesn't seem to work.  All in all a much better phone for her than a flip phone. <br> <br> "We are happy to hear that your mom is able to place calls again. With all tech devices, there is a learning curve, but hopefully she will pick those up quickly. There are many features that can be turned on and off using the caregiver portal, so give them all a try to see if they assist her in other ways, including volume and accessibility options. I have recommended the RAZ phone to friends and colleagues who are responsible for primary care for their loved ones. My dad has been able to keep in touch with his friends from out of state, and I sleep well at night knowing that he will not receive unsolicited calls from those who prey on the elderly.
