It is so important for her to have this lifeline. She feels after and so much more secure. I am grateful to have this phone so that I can all to her daily. Memory Picture Phone July 24, 2023 Reviewer: Debbie Gosselin from Clinton, ME United States   As dads Alzheimers has progressed it can be challenging for him to answer his cellphone.   The Memory Picture phone is being used as his Landline.   He is able to read at this time, so he has my name, my husband and siblings on the phone to press.  This is working beautifully!  The obstacle we found were the scam callers.  Dad stopped answering the phone.  The solution was with Spectrum.  There is a free charge of blocking calls and allowing up to 30 numbers to be received by the phone line.  I highly recommend this home phone.

Great phone but needs living facility instructions June 30, 2023 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Lafayette, IN United States   This phone is really great for memory issues but I will warn you if you are programming this phone for someone in a facility that requires 9 to dial out the instructions are different and not included with the phone or online. I had to call customer service after many attempts to program and search online for instructions and that should be included since many people using this phone are in facilities for care. Other than that programming issue the phone works great. I would call to confirm your exact model uses these intrusions but if you’re in a facility that requires dialing 9 to get out you have to program with store, 9, p/redial, then the number, store and hit the button you want that number stored to. I was just dialing 9 and the number at the same time and the phone cannot dial that way. <br> <br> "Thank you for sharing your tips about dialing *9 for an outside number. Good alternative to a mobile phone May 8, 2023 Reviewer: Sue F from Highlands Ranch, CO United States   We loved the idea of a picture phone and one button dialing. The phone was really easy to set up. I found my Mom could not clearly see the small pictures I put in, so I need to lighten them and reload them. If the pictures don't work for her, I will just write in our names instead of using pictures. It would be a great feature if there was a picture caller ID!

Great phone February 6, 2023 Reviewer: Tina from NY United States   The one-push function is fantastic.  Find the picture and push the button.  Allows for task independence.  My Grandmother especially loves the pictures.  As someone mentioned earlier, buttons are not simply rectangles and a bit difficult to fit to size and put in, but once done, this phone works great so far.
