I have recommended the RAZ phone to friends and colleagues who are responsible for primary care for their loved ones. My dad has been able to keep in touch with his friends from out of state, and I sleep well at night knowing that he will not receive unsolicited calls from those who prey on the elderly.

December 6, 2023 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Rochester, NY United States   When Mom ended up at a nursing facility with no phones in the rooms, my sisters and I went looking for a cell phone she could use without navigating through apps and menus. The Raz Senior Phone is exactly what we wanted, and more! It took very little coaching for Mom to learn how to use it (she is in good shape mentally, but as a longtime technophobe, she'd never scrolled down a touch screen before!) Being able to change settings and contacts on Mom's phone instantly from the app on my own phone, rather than waiting until I could make the trip to see her, has been a game changer, too. Delivery took 3 days, and the phone arrived in perfect condition. When our joint efforts to get the phone to Mom resulted in our payment, delivery, and registration being in three different names/locations, things got a little muddled on my end, but customer service took my call right away, and the rep got everything sorted right away, then talked me through the registration process as I went. Perfect!
