My father-in-law, who has dementia, has been angry that he hasn't had a phone after moving into an assisted living home, but I've had serious reservations about allowing him to call anyone at any time, and especially strangers/spam/scammers calling him. After much research, I found the Raz phone, which isn't like any other senior appropriate phone. I was able to do all of the settings in the caregiver's app on my phone before it even arrived. I had some questions about some of the settings and contacted customer service through text and got a quick reply. This phone is perfect for our needs, and he has been happy with it too. I highly recommend this phone to anyone who has a loved one with memory issues. I also recommend the charging pad rather than having to plug it in with a cord.
