Coloring Books for Seniors with Dementia

These Sets Of Five Senior Coloring Books for both men and women offer intricate line drawings of topics that appeal to every interest. They are not cartoons of snowmen, simple animals or daffy characters. They are ready-to-color, fine line drawings with a moderate amount of detail, perhaps best suited for those in the early or middle stages of the disease. For the artist or person who loves to doodle, draw or color, they are perfect. Color pencils or fine point markers are recommended. Finished products may be worth framing.

4 of 5 Great idea but some fine tuning recommended December 18, 2018
Reviewer: Anonymous Person
I found that the drawings in a couple of the 5 book set were too light for my 94 yr. old mom to see.  Saved them for a sharp-eyed granddaughter.

4 of 5 Good activity for stimulating memories February 6, 2017
Reviewer: Roberta Greenberg from Hagerstown , MD United States
Although my dad who suffers from dementia is no longer interested in coloring the images in the books, he enjoys the narratives and reads them over and over again.  They often stir up memories from the past.

Mom chose the first ladies book from the stack and started reading right away, now if I could just get her to color:-)
