Display is clear, USB cable will plug into device with cord dropping at right angle to plug, works well for this usage.  The messaging and notes features in the app are easy to use. The initial setup was straight forward, it was easy to move from my wifi to the users wifi. There are a few questions when setting up the device that are aimed at a single user not as applicable for a couple.   The clock face is very readable. It would be nice if more customization was available such as the change between day and night display can be set but only on the hours of 8:00 9:00 or 10:00. date format iWorks good, is visually appealing, and accurate but the users are used to the month, day, year format.   This is a tablet with a front and rear facing camera. Are these inert place holders or actual usable cameras?. I'm glad I purchased the wooden stand. It does look like it comes with a small plastic stand. <br> <br> "The cameras are just place holders. It enables her to keep track of the day, time and also whether it's afternoon or morning. It's great for us since we can send messages or add notes about upcoming appointments from our phones. Really worth the price!

Exactly what our family needed November 18, 2024 Reviewer: Andy from MI   This smart clock is exactly what we were looking for. We are sending notes and photos to mom and dad from our phones! Was easy to set up without needing WiFi. We just bought another one for my wife's parents for Christmas. We will help them set it up and they have internet, so we won't use the cellular plan.

Works great November 18, 2024 Reviewer: Donna from Riverside, CA United States   Took me a minute to figure it out but once I did, it worked perfectly.  I thought my mom would hate it but she seems to like it.  When she asks me what date it is, I tell her to look at her clock.  Would recommend.

The Smart Clock is much more than I expected! November 8, 2024 Reviewer: Steve R. from Delray Beach, FL United States   As the spouse of an early stage Alzheimer's patient I thought the large time and date would be what I needed. What I didn't expect was the Post-it Note and Reminder feature where I can schedule in advance with times to display. The App that connects to it even allows me to go out on an errand and send an alert/message from my smartphone saying I'll be back in 15 minutes with a sound alert and even read out the message. I've been blown away by the features. And as my wife says  " I love this clock".

We love it October 4, 2024 Reviewer: Barbara M from CA   What a cool clock. I sent it to my mom to help her understand the time of day as she gets confused. My kids love sending photos to her. They do it right from their phone, no matter where they are. My daughter was in Italy and she sent mom a photo from her hometown. So touching. I'll also send little reminders like to drink water. I like that we can set it so that mom needs to confirm certain things so we know she's there and interacting with us. So smart. Wish this was available years ago as my dad would have loved it too.
