This is my 2nd cube. My husband has Lewy Body Dementia and the cube has been very helpful for anxiety. That said, I HAVE found the keys in his mouth, and the black circles on the spinner come out (maybe after being spun a thousand times, but it's something you still have to watch for because swallowing those is a NO). Would I recommend it? Absolutely. My husband can spend hours with it. Just be aware of the parts that come loose.

"All fidget items and "toys" geared towards adult should be assessed and the user should be monitored. Adults with memory loss have various degrees of strength and habits. Luckily, most of our fidget objects have parts that can be removed if they are something that would be pulled off or put into one's mouth." - The Alzheimer's Store
