FREE SHIPPING IS OFFERED ON all order orders under 15LBS.in the U.S only. If your order would normally ship free but it is too heavy then break it down into 2 orders. Items like chairs,memory boxes,life stations weigh over 15lbs and do not ship free. Also some items are shipped by private carrier like chairs and memory boxes so they do not ship free. There is a $3.90 handling fee applied to all orders.
Tracking: If you have created a password when you ordered we will have entered the tracking information within 48 hours after it ships.
Expedited shipping: We do not normally offer expedited shipping because we ship within 24-48 hours of the next business day after it was ordered. We generally ship by UPS as we get the best results but UPS has their own shipping schedule that we can not be responsible for. Example if you order on a Friday after 2pm and had 2 day service it still will not be shipped till Monday.UPS does not include Sunday as a day so you would be disappointed. Therefore we do not offer it.Most products arrive within 3-4business days after it was ordered.
Some products are dropped shipped directly from the manufacturer so you may find that your order comes in 2 different deliveries at different times.

Online orders received after 2:00 pm will ship the next business day. Orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays. Shipments to a PO Box or APO locations will ship via USPS.
Ground orders may take up to 8 business days to reach its destination in the continental United States based on the shipping method selected. Shipping rates can be viewed at checkout by entering your state and postal code. Some products are dropped shipped direct from the manufacturer and will be delivered to you in a separate box.
Orders Shipping to Canada
Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer's behalf. Your order will be shipped under UPS's e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada are subject to applicable duties & taxes as well as an average of $10 flat brokerage fee ($4 USD entry prep fee and a $6 CAD bond fee on ground shipments or a $10 CAD bond fee on air shipments) for shipments valued below $200 USD. Additional fees will apply on shipments over this value. Shipments valued at $200 CAD and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees. Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery." THE LIVE RATE QUOTED WILL INCLUDE THE $10 BROKERAGE FEE AS WELL AS A CONTRIBUTION FROM US TO LOWER YOUR RATE TO HELP WITH ALL THE CANADIAN FEES. WE WANT YOUR BUSINESS.
We ship all over the world. If you receive a message stating that we do not currently ship to your area, then please send an email to email@example.com and include your address. We will then add your country and notify you to place your order again. The shipping charges generate from USPS International. We do not add any shipping or handling fees.
If you need to cancel an order prior to shipping, please contact our customer service representatives toll-free at 1-800-752-3238 between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm ET. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once it has shipped.
If your order has not yet shipped, we are happy to make any address correction changes at no additional cost. However, 'Ship To' address changes or corrections after an order has shipped will incur a $19 charge. Please contact customer service toll-free at 1-800-752-3238 with the address correction request and have your credit card information available to authorize the $19 address correction charge. If an address correction is made - or your package is returned to sender/refused at delivery, we will automatically charge the payment method on file to cover these costs.
