Exactly as advertised! Display is clear, USB cable will plug into device with cord dropping at right angle to plug, works well for this usage. The messaging and notes features in the app are easy to use.
The initial setup was straight forward, it was easy to move from my wifi to the users wifi.
There are a few questions when setting up the device that are aimed at a single user not as applicable for a couple.
The clock face is very readable. It would be nice if more customization was available such as the change between day and night display can be set but only on the hours of 8:00 9:00 or 10:00. date format iWorks good, is visually appealing, and accurate but the users are used to the month, day, year format.
This is a tablet with a front and rear facing camera. Are these inert place holders or actual usable cameras?. I'm glad I purchased the wooden stand. It does look like it comes with a small plastic stand.
