I needed a little help from my tech-savvy daughter to initially program this device, but once set up it has worked like a charm and it has been easy to modify volume and timing. With a little practice my husband has mastered the simple technique for dispensing his medication and it has given us both more peace of mind to know he's consistently getting the right dose at the right time. He takes medication four times each day so I just have to refill the dispenser once each week. I highly recommend this product!

The medication dispenser has helped our mother in so many ways. She was forgetting to take pills or double dosing several times a week. I recorded my own little message to help her. I also like that it is locked so she cannot open it without the key, that I keep.

the unit works quite well; my brother has trouble with understanding military time and there is no way to reset that.  The only other issue I have had is that the calendar date is wrong - i have reset it and it seems that every day, the month increases by one.  This doesn't seem to affect the dispensing of med's so I'm not worried about it but will probably call at some point.

Dispenser works great and is easy to program.  Recording a voice message with the alert is especially helpful

I bought this for myself because otherwise I often forget to take my vitamins (I am 79 but have no prescribed medications). I have had it for less than a week and have had a few issues. Removing the pills has not been stopping the alarm, which is annoying. I am happy that it came with an extra carousel. I am still having some issues with the programming and will also have to reprogram it to have more pill times during the day because the pill pockets are not large enough for the number of pills I take (which would probably not effect most people.).  Once I get it running right I think I will be very happy with it.

Customer service was helpful. I like that this dispenser is rechargeable and seems to use so little battery power. I also added some personal voice memos to help mom take her medication. I plan to order a second unit so I can swap them out and fill them when I'm home. Thank you!!
