This is the second alarm we have gotten from them and we are very pleased with how easy they are to install and to program! The instructions are easy to read and easy to understanding that is so rare in its self!! So hard to get clear instructions nowadays!! Everything came quick, we live in Alaska and it was here in less than a week from when we ordered on line. Would highly recommend them!
