No button phone May 20, 2025 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Bedminster, NJ United States   I recently purchased a no button phone for my 91 year old father with dementia. While it looked like a great idea, it hasn't been the easiest to train him on. The tone if very low and there is no way to adjust it so many times he doesn't hear it ring. He often has difficulty hanging it up. His dexterity is fine I am not sure why this is such an issue. Although it appears simple it is difficult for him to place the receiver in line with the area it connects to hang it up. We will continue to keep trying to assist him. It appears to be a great idea as phones with buttons were extremely confusing to him. Rated it Average but if we can succeed in training him I would change that to excellent.

A Great Solution to Stop False 911 Calls! July 10, 2024 Reviewer: Lisa G from Murfreesboro, TN United States   Although it would be nice for my uncle to be able to call family members from his memory care apartment, he had called 911 three times for non-emergencies, just when he wanted basic help. His previous phone had to be unplugged. I tried some long-range radios thinking he could communicate that way, but there was too much interference, even though the distance was minimal. This buttonless phone really helps us stay in touch with him without him getting into trouble. I chose the bright red one for ease of seeing.  A good solution to our problem!

Happy Father! Plus he can't loose this phone and he can't make call at weird times of the night. This phone helps him to use his speaking voice and be connected with others!
