Works great, when it works February 24, 2020 Reviewer: Errica from California   I bought this watch for my dad last year and it's been okay most of the time, but it will randomly start sending notifications that the geofence has been exited or entered, or that the clasp has been opened or closed, and it will send hundreds of them in a day, causing us to have to turn off the notifications or remove the watch, which defeats the purpose of having it. It also had to be shipped back to Canada for a recall, and my dad was without it for weeks. While I understand that nothing will be perfect, when I spend $500 on a watch and $40 a month on a cell plan for it, I need to be able to rely on it to help me care for my dad.   The company has been nice, replies aren't very timely though, and again, I bought this to help me keep track of my dad and it fails to do that too often. I would not purchase this product again.
