Awesome Customer Service! January 19, 2023 Reviewer: Sherry from Las Vegas, NV United States   I received the Arthur music therapy bear for my mom who is in an assisted living home and had so much trouble using my Mac computer to download music from iTunes. Amy in Customer Service sat with me on the phone until I was able to convert the files and achieve success. You just don't see this type of customer service anymore. What a wonderful company! Can't wait to get Arthur the musical bear to my mom. I know she's going to love the music of her younger years.

Comfort care bear June 14, 2022 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Canandaigua, NY United States   Our niece is young and has a brain tumor which is terminal. This bear is something for her to cuddle and talk to, she even stated he could go to the hospital with her :) Most important it allows for numerous songs to keep her company and bring comfort. Her parents are tech savvy and are going to record messages for her and allow her to also. A great find.
