teleCalm March 4, 2025 Reviewer: Joan from California   It arrived quickly. Love the ease of set-up and prompt customer service. I would definitely recommed this product. Just be sure to explain to your loved one there is no caller ID becuase they no longer have to worry about solicitors.

Lifesaver February 24, 2025 Reviewer: Tamara from Nacogdoches, TX United States   We have been using this product for 1 week and it has been amazing. My aunt who is 90 was receiving more than 75 spam calls a day on her landline and had given out personal information leading to the draining of her bank account. teleCalm has allowed us to put numbers in her contact list that she can call and that can call her, preventing her from giving out her personal information to scammers. We were able to plug her current phone line right into it, which meant she had nothing new to learn to use. With short term memory issues learning new things is impossible for her. This works off cellular technology and we have had no issues with it. You are able to download a simple app on your phone to manage the contact list. I rarely leave reviews, but this product has helped us so much, I want others to be able to get the help too.

PEACE OF MIND December 17, 2024 Reviewer: Katherine C. from Allston, MA United States   This has allowed me to see what calls my father is making, as he has been scammed before, and tried to make unwise purchases. I can also see how long each call was for as well.  My father who has Alzheimer's does not know what it does. I have not yet restricted his calling, but that is a nice feature should it come to that. The only trouble is that it often causes a delay between speakers (an echo effect). I got a new phone number through the service, and teleCalm also is its own phone service, which is very convenient. A very reasonable price. I recommend this for keeping an eye on the activities of seniors if there is a question of the safety of their calls.

Exactly what I needed November 17, 2023 Reviewer: Pamela Bradford from Bonita Springs, FL United States   This box is a miracle.  The service provides exactly what is needed for my Dad.  He has alzheimer's disease, and when he can't sleep, he thinks it is the middle of the day instead of the middle of the night.  I love being able to set quiet hours.  And I love that I can block all those spam and nuisance calls that bother him all the time.  In his nursing facility, he does not need a new roof or windows, etc.  Love the device, it doesn't need a phone line to work.  Just plug a phone into the device, and voila!  Highly recommend.

teleCalm/Block and Control Phone Calls September 6, 2023 Reviewer: Beth Bickerstaf from Bridgeport, OH United States   We recently purchased teleCalm for my parents. The set up was really easy. I am so happy with this product! The phone at their house used to ring over and over again with nuisance calls. My Mother has Alzheimer's and would give personal information to these unscrupulous solicitors. After we installed teleCalm, the nuisance calls stopped. On the caregiver app, we could see the "stranger" calls and found they were getting as many as 100 nuisance calls a day! Now their days are not interrupted with these annoying calls. I am so glad we purchased this product.
