The display is bold in block form separated boxes  for the day date and month, the standard look round clock face is to the left and easy to read... but the easy to see day date set was just what I wanted in the look design allowing my 92 year old Mother to see exactly the day date at an instant her go to day calendar,  so she'd have a way to stay on track with the day and date for daily medications. and coordinated with her wall calendar appointments birthdays etc. This is Thee best Alzheimer's clock I could find, Simple, Straight Forward, Perfect. really this clock did improve not only the person who needed it but relieved stress for other family members as well. several people benefited from one simple but intelligently designed Clock. great product April 1, 2014 Reviewer: MEC from Waco, TX United States   I purchased this clock nearly a year ago, and have come back to write a favorable review. It is a very sturdy product, and has helped my mom keep track of days and times. It is placed near her TV and I can see her glance at the large display on the clock as we visit. Saves her pride as she is able to keep up with conversations about days and times without having to ask.

Desktop Clock with day and date September 10, 2013 Reviewer: Connie Slater from Oklahoma City, OK United States   I purchased this clock six months ago for my mother who is 90. It is indeed quiet and the display is easy for her to see from across her bedroom. I know it is very reassuring for her to know the day and date so easily. I would recommend this clock.
