Simple music player June 21, 2022 Reviewer: Dennis Strissel from Spring Hill, FL United States   The hard part was converting my MP 4 files to MP3....my parents absolutely love the players...they have to live in two separate areas for my moms dementia...so they each have a player and spend many hours listening to music. It's a great product.

Please follow the instructions included with the player on how to remove the pre-installed music and adding your own music. The MP3 player works similar to a USB drive. A new past time May 27, 2022 Reviewer: E. Raynor from Manorville, NY United States   I purchased this for my 99 year old mother. She has macular degeneration as well as hearing loss. This solved the issue of TV being less enjoyable. The ease of use is wonderful. She especially likes to push the skip button and express her dislike if the occasional song. As time goes by we will add some Burl Ives tunes. The pre installed tunes are all without vocals.

I visit my dad a couple days a week, in the evening (after I get out of work). I always leave him back in his room, with his headphones on, listening to music. He closes his eyes and relaxes or sometimes his feet start tapping!! I think he really enjoys it and I'm very happy with the purchase!!

It seems sturdy and easy to clean, directions are easy to read. I took it to my father but he was not interested in listening to music while I visited. I preset the volume and showed his caregiver the simple operation. Have not heard if they tried it yet. The skip button is a little finicky, I could only get it to function by pressing from upper left quadrant of the circle. I hope that won't stop him from using it. Thanks for providing a special item for memory impaired seniors!

Perfect Solution February 9, 2022 Reviewer: Sharon Burch from Georgetown, TX United States   After visiting my mom in her assisted living apartment and hearing her radio on static, I realized she couldn't operate it anymore.  She enjoys music more than a television, so I needed a better option.  I bought an Alexa, but after more thought, I do not believe she would remember how to operate it.  She just celebrated her 92nd birthday and loves her new music box.  I was able to remove and add music she loves.  I am so pleased to have this   .

Great music player and customer service December 14, 2021 Reviewer: Mariann O'Keefe from Oro Valley, AZ United States   This is exactly as described.  The shipping was super fast.  I was able to download all my mother's favorite broadway tunes she used to play in the car.  I think she will remember and enjoy them.  It was a little tricky to figure out the MP3 conversion process but no problem at all to drag and drop onto the radio.  Highly recommend!
