This is probably the best purchase I have made for my sister-in-law whom I care for and has Alzheimer's.  She was able to use it immediately with no instruction.  I was amazed.  Money well spent!

4 of 5 Great product! December 27, 2021

I purchased this phone for my mom as she was upset she could not remember my phone number and would need my Dad to dial for her. Easy set up and programming the number into the picture button is easy.

I didn't give 5 stars because I could not put the phone in the living room where  we wanted it because of interference which seemed to be due to the WiFi router right next to it. Had to relocate to her bedroom but works perfectly fine there. She literally just has to pick up the handset and push the button with my picture. No outlet needed. Will probably purchase a longer Jack wire and handset cord for more convenience. Happy with our purchase.

5 of 5 Best phone ever! December 9, 2021
Reviewer: Susan from Hamden, CT
When mom's dementia worsened, even a simple cordless phone was confusing. As with other reviewers I flipped the pictures around and put our names. Since we all change appearance as we age, current photos were were confusing. Since she's also hard of hearing I put nail polish oh the volume up button. She could still see the VOL beneath it. I just needed to tell her to push the pink button on the right side and she could hear fine. Nice loud ringer too. Can't wait to see what other products are available.

5 of 5 Perfect Solution for mom with dementia November 4, 2021
Reviewer: kathy symonds from Phoenix, OR United States
I purchased this special phone with the hope that my mom with advanced stage dementia might possibly be able to call me from her memory care unit in an assisted living facility.  To answer my calls, the receiver has no buttons that need to be pushed in order to accept the call. More importantly, when hanging up, she does not have to remember to press any buttons.  Placing a call is extremely easy for her.  Simply pick up the receiver and press the button with my picture.  That is it!!!!!!!  She was able to place a call on the first attempt.    I strongly recommend this phone for anybody that is challenged to make or receive calls. Great product!

5 of 5 Perfect for our mother September 20, 2021
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from , Michigan
Our 85 y-o mother with dementia was getting very confused with making telephone calls. She needed a simple phone like she remembered, no small buttons or extra bells and whistles.  We found this and decided to try it.  She, and we (her daughters) love it!  She especially loves the pictured quick call buttons with pictures to identify who she wants to call.  I chose pictures of us (her 3 daughters) when we were children.  She smiles and laughs every time she makes a call now. Also the volume is loud and perfect. She can here the phone clearly now when it rings and also while talking. Thank you for making this product which is just what she needed.
