Let me begin by saying I am a retired Licensed Healthcare Professional who predominantly worked with Geriateric population.. But now caregiving my own mother with early stages of dementia.... So the two problems which I consider biggie's with this phone is #1 Battery Life when fully charged doesn't last more than 24 hours and my Mother hardly ever calls or receives calls... So not pleased at all especially for those that can not remember to look at phone and charge it as needed... #2 The volume of the person talking to them once is not very loud... However the ring volume is adequate but not of person they are caring on a conversation with.. Other wise it is the better option for someone with early stages if dementia of memory loss..

"Hi Gloria. As part of the design, the RAZ phone stays on all the time. To save battery life, this feature can be deactivated in the caregiver portal and app. We do suggest leaving the phone on the charger as much as possible as this avoids the user's from forgetting where it is. The phone is also compatible with Bluetooth hearing aids, if that can help with the conversation volume needed. Hope this helps!" - The Alzheimer's Store
