Peace of mind April 3, 2023 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Mabelvale, AR United States   Whomever invented this particular type of cell phone for seniors is an absolute God-sent. I purchased 3 different types of phones for my mother and she forgot how to use all of them. They seemed simple enough, but having to go from one screen to the next was terribly confusing. Even the process of powering off/on the phone was a headache. This cell phone has given my mother back her independence. Her face lit up when I presented it to her. She doesn't have to worry about turning it on and off, looking up phone numbers, etc. The one screen option is genius. All she has to do is recognize a face or name and press it to speak with her family. The only complaint I have is that when she holds the phone, she sometimes accidentally touches a picture and calls someone....but its immediate family and we quickly realize she is ok and it was just a mistake. Also, I activated the 3 month free service that the phone came with because of the ease of it and she could use it immediately.

Wonderful phone! March 23, 2023 Reviewer: Laura Steeves from Newport News, VA United States   I'm so happy to have come across this phone for my mom. She not only has some cognitive decline, but she also has macular degeneration and cataracts.  She previously had a Jitterbug phone,  but was always hitting the wrong button... shutting the speaker off or the phone itself. She couldn't see the numbers well enough to dial and couldn't really remember the auto dial options.  This Raz phone seems to be a perfect fit for her.  She didn't need a fancy,  technically advanced phone... just one she could call her family and friends on and not get lost in the phone's system. I am so happy someone invented this phone!!!

phone March 20, 2023 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from PRAIRIE GROVE, AR United States   I am the caregiver for my husband who has arthritis and dementia.  The phone was easy to activate by AT&T and easy to set up for phone calls.  He was having a hard time remembering how to get to the contacts on his flip phone so now he just has to press the picture/name on the main menu. I hope to get him in the habit of putting the phone in his pocket so if he falls he has access to call me or 911.

Perfect for Mom March 13, 2023 Reviewer: stacey marmolejo from Eagan, MN United States   Mom is in a home and our way of staying in touch daily is via phone. She had a "jitterbug" but she kept randomly pressing buttons, which would inevitably lock the phone. She doesn't need wifi, voicemail or email. Just a phone. Even though we programmed the jitterbug, she couldn't remember how to navigate to "contacts." When I found this phone, I thought it might be the trick.  AND IT IS! All she has to do is press the picture of the person she wants to call. AND - I can manage her phone online if I need to. Brilliant. One down side- she keeps pressing my picture to "make sure she knows how it works," In other words, lots and lots of call all day and night :)
