This was a gift to my Mom who has limited coordination and zero mobility, in a sitting or laying position all day. She fidgets all-day with whatever you hand her, is always moving her hands one way or another. She likes to play with toys, including this one. I would buy it again but only gave 3 out of 5 start because it is frustrating to work with, difficult to make shapes and the pattern is permanent (the balls can't be moved, they are permanently attached to each other so the color pattern is always the same but it's also a plus that the balls can't be lost). My mom will give up after a few minutes, but she does go back to it several times per day which is what we were hoping for. I would not call it fun, but it gives her something to fidget with which is exactly what we wanted when we bought it.
