Such a versatile solution! Nice and loud, too. December 29, 2021 Reviewer: Lisa McDonald from Lincoln, CA United States   I am so thankful for this product, even though I am not using it quite as intended. Instead of using pictures, I used labels with names printed on them since my doesn't really recognize the pictures of many of her friends and family; they are much younger in her mind's eye. However, she does still know their names, so this works great! I love that I can turn off the ringer while I'm at work, so that she doesn't get annoying sales calls. Her friends know to call me when they want to say hi, so I can let her know to give them a call. The 911 button gives both of us great peace of mind, and I also like how loud the speaker gets because she is nearly deaf. My only complaint is how ridiculously hard the clear labels are to put on the phone. Each is ever so slightly different in shape and number of tabs. I wish the phone were just square so they would all be the same. I cannot IMAGINE trying to cut pictures to fit. Otherwise, a great product!

memory phone October 21, 2021 Reviewer: Julie from , Salem, MA   I had ordered this phone through another company and received the wrong item. I decided to order it here. It was a little more expensive, but the phone came VERY quickly, without any problems and I don't mind spending the $$ for this organization and it's thoughtful products. This picture phone was exactly what was needed. I disabled the 911 button and set it so that only the stored # are dialed. My brother can not read, so the big pictures on each button are perfect. This phone and its ablility to quickly and easily connect him to his family has improved his attitude. (also: I was able to speak to a person when I needed help with a programming glitch which turned out to be my wi-fi issue.) I highly recommend the phone and this company.

A Solution August 11, 2021 Reviewer: Penni Joseph from , West Palm Beach, Florida   This phone has solved the problem of Mom not being able to make calls as her dementia has progressed. Just wish I had known about it sooner.Even the Dementia unit staff are impressed.
