Mom is in the advanced stages of Dementia. The Robotic Cat was a hit. Mom would hold it and brush it for an hour at a time, talking to the cat, petting it, feeling it purr and holding it on her lap. I was surprised after a week of much use, the battery was still holding up. We couldn't figure out what prompted the cat to lift its paw or roll-over, but whenever the cat blinked its eyes, purred, or tilted his head, one of Mom's aides and her sister thought it was a real cat at first. I'm very pleased with this purchase.
