Nice picture.  Large size pieces are good for my 90 year old mother.

I am giving the puzzle as a Christmas gift but as of now, I can not see her.  I intended to build it with her.

My elderly mother can do your puzzles with a bit of help getting started.  She has short term memory loss, and other diminished capacity.  She still can read and comprehend a bit, and labeling the box in large lettering and so prominently and repeatedly is concerning to her, even in her diminished comprehension.  The puzzles seem of good quality with sturdy pieces.  I personally wish you could upgrade or expand the art options a bit for less saccharine subjects.
