After multiple phones purchased (some expensive); this phone is easy to set up and program for Push button calls; ring is loud and it is VERY clear sound and EASY to operate  for Mom. It did not arrive as fast as amazon but an excellent purchase. Especially for the low cost.

My father with Alzheimer's lost the cell phone made for seniors twice. This large phone is impossible to misplace and the buttons that allow for photos are invaluable.  My father can't locate phone numbers sometimes, and with my and my brother's faces prominent on the phone, he was always able to contact us.
