Memory Picture Cell Phone for Seniors

EASY TO USE MEMORY PHONE w/ THE BENEFITS OF A MOBILE DEVICE

Designed for ease-of-use and set-up in minutes.

The one-touch dial picture phone is relentless in its focus on simplicity. It consists of one primary screen, and one screen only. The screen includes 3 elements: Pictures and names of up to twenty-four contacts; A button to call 911; Time and battery power. There are no applications or settings to cause confusion. No notifications or operating system updates. No voicemail. No distractions. Simply tap the picture of the person you wish to call. That’s it.

Memory Picture Cell Phone for Seniors
REMOTE MANAGE - ACCESS SETTINGS AND CONTACTS REMOTELY

Remote Manage provides caregivers the unprecedented ability to remotely manage ALL aspects of their senior’s cell phone through a simple app or online portal. The app and/or portal are used by the caregiver to create and edit contacts, send the senior reminders, set up hours during which the senior cannot place calls, track the location of the phone/user, check the phone’s battery power or signal strength, select certain options, such as the option to disable the power button or restrict incoming calls to contacts, preventing unwanted predatory robocalls, and much more. Remote Manage can be used by caregivers from anywhere in the United States or Canada; changes made with Remote Manage are reflected on the RAZ Memory Cell Phone right away.

Memory Picture Cell Phone for Seniors Protective Case
PROTECTIVE CASE INCLUDED

Your RAZ Memory Cell Phone comes with a custom-built protective case. Soft inner TPU and exterior polycarbonate shock proof bumper protects the phone from drops and scratches. Snap on design allows for easy installation while raised edge protects screen from scratches and is compatible with most screen protectors. Precise cutouts allow caregiver easy access to all buttons, controls, and ports without having to remove the case.

Memory Picture Cell Phone for Seniors with Emergency Services
ADDED EMERGENCY SERVICE - OPTIONAL SCREENING OF 911 CALLS

Imagined or false emergencies and repetitive 911 calling is all too common for people with Alzheimer’s or Dementia. RAZ now offers an Emergency Service which directs emergency calls to an emergency dispatch agent rather than 911. The service agent will know that the caller has memory loss and will determine whether to contact 911 guided by this knowledge. Also, text messages will be sent to designated caregivers (up to 3), providing caregivers the opportunity to cancel the emergency call so that 911 is not contacted. This service is optional and can be added once you receive and set up your phone for less than $10/month.

Memory Picture Cell Phone for Seniors Extra Long Cord
OPTIONAL 6' COIL CORD

Add an extra long 6 foot coil cord to your RAZ Memory Cell Phone order to ensure your phone always has power. The coil cord can also make the phone more recognizable to those with dementia as it is reminiscent of corded phones from the past. A must-have accessory to extend the reach while keeping the device connected!

Memory Picture Cell Phone for Seniors Wireless Charging Pad
OPTIONAL WIRELESS CHARGING PAD & CASE

Charge your RAZ Memory Cell Phone wirelessly. This add-on allows you to easily charge the phone by simply laying it onto the charging pad. No need to struggle connecting the cable to the phone. Includes: Special wireless charging adapter, Wireless charging pad, & Protective case. The adapter and protective case are pre-installed on the phone when ordered through us!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I activate this phone on all major wireless carriers?

No. This RAZ phone model cannot be activated on Verizon, AT&T or Sprint. It can be activated on: T-Mobile, MINT, Metro by T-Mobile, Ultra Mobile, Simple Mobile or another compatible provider. If you are using Verizon Wireless, Cricket or AT&T, please click HERE for our Verizon and AT&T compatible phone!

Can I restrict incoming calls?

Yes. The portal app for the phone includes a setting allowing you to limit incoming calls to only the contacts and/or a whitelist entered into the phone.

Can I add more than six contacts?

Yes! The RAZ Phone now allows up to 30 contacts, but the default is 6. Having 6 contacts or less will ensure there is only a single screen on the phone so the end user does not have to scroll through multiple screens.

Can the 911 button be disabled?

No, but there are options. By law in the US 911 service cannot be disabled or blocked on cell phones. The 911 button does require a long-press to use, so most people with dementia or similar conditions will be less likely to accidentally call emergency services. If your loved-one repetitively calls 911 for false or imagined emergencies, an optional Emergency Call Service is available to help screen 911 calls once the phone is activated and set up. This service has multiple plans all under $10/mo. With RAZ Text Alert set up, caregivers can respond more quickly to your senior’s emergencies. When your senior calls 911, receive a text message alerting you to the call. Up to 3 people can receive the 911 text message alert. The RAZ Alert service is available even if you do not subscribe to the RAZ Emergency Service, and is available at no additional cost through the RAZ Care app.

Can I track the RAZ Phone remotely?

Yes. By going to the “GPS Location” button on the portal app, you can track the location of the phone.

Can the RAZ Phone send text messages? Is there voicemail?

No. The phone is designed to be as simple-to-use as possible, and not including these features is a part of that design philosophy.

Is there a speakerphone option?

Yes. This new feature is controlled from the caregiver portal so that there are no mistakes. The speakerphone option can be set to either on or off - when it's on, the volume is set to the maximum so it's perfect for those with hearing loss or for those who cannot easily lift the phone to their ear.

5 of 5 Great phone for my parents November 19, 2023
Reviewer: J Richard from Williamsburg, KY United States
Both of my parents are able to call the correct person 95% of the time.  Mom's tremors created an issue once in two weeks.  This is amazing as she was miss dialing numbers multiple times during the day.   Dad had not been using the phone in a few years due to dementia he can reach everyone now.

5 of 5 Very helpful in calling loved ones November 18, 2023
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from MOUNT GILEAD, OH United States
This phone is perfect for my father-in-law's handicap with hands. It's simple to use and the caregiver has full control with the phone.

4 of 5 Great, after a tweak November 17, 2023
Reviewer: LB from Saint Paul, MN United States
Great! We blocked the very obvious 911 calling banner after Mom used it many times, thinking since it was red it meant "push here".  After doing this, she can use the phone as it is intended to be used. We set it to auto-answer so she doesn't have to lurch out of bed to get there fast. Great feature!

5 of 5 Awesome October 31, 2023
Reviewer: Edward Ramsey from Frederick, MD United States
92 year old grandma is now able to make and receive calls on her own.  We tried all kinds of senior phones, this one is by far a super winner.   The way you can control it via an caretaker app is extraordinary.

5 of 5 Finally a great phone! October 27, 2023
Reviewer: Kathleen Ellefson from Hollister, CA United States
My mother is 85 and has had a very stressful last seven years which I think has sent her into dementia. I say that because none of the other family members in the past have had it.  I've also been through four telephones that just didn't do the trick. They confused mom terribly, and when I happen to find Raz, I thought this Hass to do it. She has been using it for one week now, and is very pleased with it. I have put eight contacts into her phone and she has called, five of us so far! If I had not found this phone, then she would not have one

There were one or two things that stumped me when setting it up but once I figured it out, it went very quickly. I think grabbing and adding the photos could be tweaked a bit. Other than that it is fantastic.!!!   I'm sure it's some point. I need one and I'm glad to know it's here.! Ha ha ha!!!
